I got stung by a bee on my ankle just 4.6 miles into this. Was pretty concerned at how that would pan out. Fortunately, most of the pain dissipated within 5 min or so and I was able to push on. I also got a stitch in my side off and on. I got pretty lucky with the smoke though. It wasn't too bad.
