Beautiful day in the Catskills with Jason Pageau.
Temperature: 20-30's
Trail conditions: Icy, muddy, bare ground and packed snow. Not much snow.
Jason and I came to the Catskills for a two in one kind of day. Slide Mountain was our second for the day and we really enjoyed it. Rocks are a bit unstable on the lower section of the mountain. Upper Mountain was snow packed and great for moving more quickly.
Took: Extra layer, water, fuel and exo-spikes (Needed traction)
