I ran southbound through Washington County on the Ice Age trail on 12/3/20, starting at 7:05AM. Temperatures started in the 20's, and rose into the upper 30's in the afternoon. I bought a 32 oz. bottle of water at the BP gas station in Slinger at the 27 mile mark, and carried all other supplies throughout. I was focused on running with enough effort to stay warm, but I never once looked at time or splits on my watch. My only two watch faces were total distance and route finding. Someone going out to squeeze every minute out of this route will definitely lower the time, as there are some fast miles to be had.
