FKT: Brad Lindeberg - Ralston Creek Trail (CO) - 2021-01-16

Perfect winter morning to run fast. Carried my handheld bottle with 22oz. of Nuun and had a Gu at 30 minutes and 60 minutes. Almost no ice left on the path and only had to yield for traffic for a few seconds at the Oak St intersection. East breeze was a bit of a surprise and kept things cool in the early miles. Was getting warm with full sun toward the end. The A goal was to flirt with 90 minutes and pleased with the B goal of sub 95 minutes. Eager to see what others do on this route this year. Planning to do the full out and back to challenge Ryan's time this summer/fall.
