I ran the Rincon Peak FKT solo and unsupported. I carried 2L of water which was actually more than I needed given the cooler temps on this day; I only ended up drinking 1L. There was snow for the last mile or so toward the top of Rincon Peak, which made the last half mile section which is very steep particularly interesting, especially on the way down since the snow was slick and icy. Didn't stay at the top for long because it was cold and windy (and also I was going for the FKT)! The lower section of the trail was more overgrown than it has been when I've run it in the past, so I was glad to be familiar with the trail; otherwise it could have been a bit tricky to follow in places.
