I managed to choose one of the hottest days of the year. I started in Björkhagen at 7 in the morning. I was accompanied by a friend from Björkhagen, we stayed in Tyresta and filled our water bottles. When we got to Rudan, my brother met me with Coca-Cola. The body was fresh and it was easy to run.
From Rudan I ran myself via Paradiset where I filled water again, now the hip flexors and toes started to hurt. But soon finished, only the last stage to Huddinge left.
The last 6km I was joined by my brother, nice to have someone to follow when my legs were tired.
The clock stopped at 9:27:14 and the distance was 69.13 km
