I started out on a very cold -1°C weather day with shorts, only 1,5L Water and a few energy bars in my backpack. It went very smoothly from the start and I was able to set a decent pace faster than I was planning to. The short climbs before Horn were fairly tough, but other than that it was a comparatively easy run, so I decided to really push on the last 20km. I only had to fill up my water once from a public tab, staying within the guidelines of an unsupported run.
