Beautiful day for a run! A bit muggy and muddier than anticipated especially towards the northern end of the trail. Highly recommend some type of bug repellent before setting out. It’s a great track that I’d recommend to anyone at any difficulty level. Don’t forget to visit Two Goats and Lucky Hare on Seneca Lake afterwards. Thank you to Dana Wood for establishing this FKT!
