Left my home at 5am and drive the 2 hrs to Owen Sound for my next FKT attempt.
7:25AM start
A high of (feels like) 35C, I wanted to start the run as early as possible. It didn't take long until I was soaked!! Luckily there was enough water on trail to stay hydrated and so tropical cooling!!
I will come back and re-attempt this loop! It's beautiful 😍. My calf was rebelling on me right from the start unfortunately. Perhaps a result of my aggressive 2025 goal?
