Slot canyons are so much fun. It feel like an obstacle course. Speed canyoneering can be dangerous for sure so you should always scout the route prior to going fast. This goes a little faster. Someone that's super dialed on the rope management and with strong 5k fitness could probably get this sub 19min.. Would be tough though.
