Started the run at 5:54 am local time from Chhimti Buspark. The route becomes instantly super steep as soon as you cross the Chhimti Suspension Bridge. I was cruising pretty well at good speed. I was carrying everything I needed for the day in my running vest which was a few carb gels, chocolate bars, 1.5L of water and 1L of isotonic drink. I made up to Nyashimpati roughly 4 hours in. From here on the terrain is super rolling and being at high altitude doesn't help either. Felt like I was stuck in a limbo at 3800m going up and down and up and down without the altitude changing at all. Made it to PanchPokhari 5hour 11mins ish in and then refilled water from a nearby tap. There are tons of taps on the route which have safe natural spring drinking water (still advice putting a tablet in just to be safe). Made the downhill a little gradual at first since it was rolling terrain but dropped significantly quick once I got to Nyashimpati. It started raining very heavy once I got to Chokar danda but I kept pushing and made it back to Chhimti Buspark in 9hr 37mins.
