FKT: Clay Webb, Kevin Ehman - Kludahk - Juan de Fuca Loop (BC, Canada) - 2021-08-28

We left China Beach parking lot at 4:15am and headed up North Main to the Kludahk via Maddys Trail. Ran the Kludahk to terminus at Parkinson Creek and after a short logging road jog arrived at the Juan de Fuca trailhead at Parkinson Creek. After a brief refuel at a dropped vehicle “aid station” we continued to slog out the JdF back to China Beach trailhead. Headlamps came out a little after Chin Beach. All in all a great big day out on some stellar but challenging local trails.

Big shout out to Dave Small and crew for running the same loop in June of 2018 with elapsed time of 28hours and to Adele Wyk and crew for putting in a big effort on the loop despite some route deviations.
