The weather was perfect for me Saturday. I just ran with a small 12oz bottle of sports drink. I didn't need to refill. I also wasn't sure if the trail head spigots would still be on this time of year. I had a few of Andy's splits memorized and noticed that I was slowly building a bigger gap. I kept the effort honest and finished 5ish minutes faster. I know there are a lot of Fort Collins runners that could still better my time. I hope my effort inspires other locals to get out and put up some fast times on this route.
