FKT: Conor Hogan - High Divide Loop (ONP, WA) - 2020-08-01

Got out on the trail at 06:42 on the morning of August 1st to complete the High Divide Loop! Stayed solo the whole way and brought with me about three liters of water, poles and a few gels and Clif bars. Weather was very mild all day with light breezes along the ridgeline. Spent the first half of the day without seeing a soul, and then during the latter half many hikers were present. I made one diversion for a picture along the way around mile 8 up to Bogachiel Peak, but ensured to return back to the route and continued on. Overall a great day and so much fun to be out in the Olympic mountains!
