My brother and I have been walking and running along sections of the Deben River for over 40 years and so planning and then running this route was a personal quest to share the natural beauty of both the Deben and the North Sea with other members of the FKT hiking and running community.
 

Great weather for the run with a few navigation errors and dropped phone episode adding an extra mile and a half to the route. Easy drop off at the start and plentiful parking at the finish. Thoroughly enjoyed the run in beautiful river and countryside surroundings!
