Since it's a one-way route, I got dropped off near the start. I'm not sure if that counts as supported.
I packed three flasks filled with water, one with a water filter lid, and carried six hours' worth of gels.
I didn’t resupply with food considering I brought it all with me. I was pretty intentional all day with my pace and fell twice. I worked the uphills and cruised the downhills. I hit a bit of a wall coming down the second downhill—I forgot how long and technical that section is.
I got most of my water in the second half, after 12 miles, where the trail crosses water sources.
It’s a beautiful route, and I wish I could run it one more time before winter. I can’t recommend it enough."
