Start des Höhenweges ist an der Etschquelle am Reschen, von dort läuft der Weg immer an der Sonnenseite des Vinschgau bis nach Staben. Die Verhältnisse waren perfekt und das Wetter optimal zum Laufen. Ich habe mir am Morgen vor dem Start an 3 Stellen einen Verpflegungspunkt eingerichtet und dies hat dann perfekt funktioniert. War ein tolles Erlebnis und ich bin sehr glücklich einen neue Rekordzeit aufgestellt zu haben.
English:The start of the high-level trail is at the source of the Adige river on the Reschen, from where the trail always runs along the sunny side of the Vinschgau Valley to Staben. The conditions were perfect and the weather optimal for running. I set up a refreshment point at 3 places in the morning before the start and this worked perfectly. It was a great experience and I am very happy to have set a new record time.
