Ran Regents Canal starting in Paddington Basin - across the bridge from Greggs (which was open super early for all the necessary)
Picked an early start to have some daylight and avoid the morning crowds - this will work differently depending on time of the year - this time it was quite dark inside some of the tunnels - which running at speed is a little sketchy - maybe a head torch would be better
This canal definitely gets busy in the middle section
Unsupported so we carried our own fuel - At the end there is a short walk to a cafe inside a yurt - it is called Yurt Cafe - highly recommended
