Started in Trädet, northern part of Redvägsleden, at 07.00. Sunny, minus 1 degree and cool headwind.
The first mile was relatively easy, then it was hilly and sometimes very technical trail.
The last mile was tiring and tough, constantly uphill to the trail end at Lassalyckan ski station.
The trail is well marked, easy to follow.
Carried with me everything I needed in my runner backpack. Water, 1 banana, some coffee, 1 gel and some change of clothes.
The trail is very nice, nice nature experiences and several nice viewpoints.
I was surprised that the trail was so technically difficult to run.
