Bethany and i ran the sugaloaf out and back. Also tried for the one way as well as a mixed gender team unsupported. It was to bad to start. Not hot yet and park wasnt bus yet. Though a few  college cross country teams were there in parking lot. She was never on the ohiopyle trails so this was gonna fun showering her some cool routes. I had the gpx file on my watch but i let her lead. and called out the turns when we came upon them. It was more hillier then i remember from last time. Maybe cause it was more dry and route didnt have any mud, puddles or little water flow going over it. There was if i remember correclty 3 trees down we had to stop and wrangle ourselves through each way. Saw a few people on way back. no one on the way out. Was little foggy at the top. The grass was high and needed cut. Part was cut but one one lane not two. Few thorns also scratched us form overgrowth. On way out we did miss one turn very briefly, id say 30 yards we went right when should have gone left, so had back track and go right way i wasnt paying attention and watch didnt alert me to the turn as it should have. The only real wet spot was the beginning of the grassy section like 5ish miles in. Did step in some of it on way back. I was glad the grassy sled riding hill which is open canopy wasnt as hot today. Way back was obviously easier since we had the free speed of the downhills we just ran up. Fiished this up before it got to hot in that part of the park.
