Nice beautiful fall afternoon in ohioplye. Jen and John wanted to explore some trails they never been on in the park so i took them on this route. We decided to do this route to submit the mixed gender FTK for it. We did it self supported because we dropped some water bottles to use along the way. Was a little hot. The colors were awesome with the fall changes. The big rocks were more exposed and easier to see. Were a few people on the trails today. Saw alot of bike activity. Even saw and heard alot of vehicle traffic as we were on the route. The views were nice over the side of the mountain since the leaves were dropped or dropping opened up more of a clear view. Good bit of chipmunks scurrying about. Someone left a carved zuchinni in the parking lot by the one sign so that what that one picture is of. Was going to take more pictures but didnt want to ruin the run by stopping and going while taking phone in and out. They really enjoyed the trail and were happy they they got to experience this gem.
