Of course I picked the hottest day so far this year to run and didn't bring any water! This is a brutal, unrelenting course scattered with rock and continuous ups and downs. Hands are needed in a few spot. I loved it! At one point I was pumping myself up with some positive affirmations out loud and bumped into a hiker that must of thought I was crazy. I had an appointment that I needed to get to so I rushed off and forgot to take any photos.
