This was made harder by chasing Julia Davis' very punchy overall FKT for the out leg, which meant splitting the first half much quicker than I'd have chosen to if just doing the out and back. Very pleased to sneak under the previous time if just by a minute or so. Ran unsupported, topping up water once at the public tap by Padstow boat club.
