Started just past 7am mid 70s and high humidity. Climb felt a bit tougher than last time I ran the route probably due to the heat. Kept it conservative while climbing knowing I could make up lost time on the descent. Descent was going good not much traffic on the trails until about .5 from the parking lot went to go around some people hit a rock and went down hard. Hobbled for a couple seconds and adrenaline kicked in and finished it up. Had to get x rays for my wrist luckily nothing is broke!
