Nate Cressman and I ran the Arcadia out and back trail in Exeter Rhode Island. We started at the small parking lot on Rt.165 to follow the yellow blazes and we turned back on Arcadia Road across from the old DEM HQ and then continued back to the start. We brought all of our food and water with us from the beginning and did not need to resupply. We began at 0917 on April 10th and finished 2:06:45 seconds later. It was a beautiful day, temp probably in the low 50s to start and warmed up towards the end. Emily was regretting wearing a long sleeve by mile 2 but she survived. The bugs started to make their appearance but didn't squash our fun. We passed some people fishing and a lovely group of mountain bikers but otherwise we had the trail to ourselves. Overall it was a great run, we ran hard but still managed to get in lots of laughs.
