Beautiful day in NFL, went hiking GM for my last day here. Due to knee pain, couldn't plan on running. Feelings where good so I let legs go on the downhill. Hiking shoes lived there last km.
The trail is absolutly marvellous on a sunny day, the view from the Gros Morne is incredible. The trail is super straightforward you can't get lost. The climb on GM is very rocky and fun. No bugs problems. Low water stream options to refuel this day.
Would redo it a hundred time with proper shoes and less weight.
