Started from the Durham (northern) end around 7:21 AM and just ran all the way down. I had a hydrovest with water, some gu, and a couple bars. I finished all the water (maybe 1-2 liters) and ate one of the gu's. I felt flat through the first few miles but felt a lot better as I loosened up and drained my water.
