Report
Setting the first FKT route for Laos. Hoping this can bring some runners to this beautiful National Protected Area, and thus increase its conservation. The ascent was done in good conditions, as I was running between the clouds, which made for a cooler climate. First part of the descent was fairly straightforward, and the last 10 km's were the hardest, under the scorching sun.
