Start at 08:00 AM with a 6.9 kg backpack containing more than 3 kg of food and 1.5 L of water. Wear usual trail running clothes (rain jacket and rain pants), along with a bivy bag and a puffy jacket. I stopped for 1 hour and 30 minutes during the night in a hut, and took two power naps on the second day.
Aiming for 28 to 30 hours, I am experiencing sleep deprivation and a lack of energy due to insufficient preparation in the days prior. The 32 hours and 3 minutes time could be challenged.
