Went back to Roding Valley after a previous attempt with Regis where we were focused on trying to find all the river trails - which meant an entire forest of nettles
Today there was just a flooded underpass to navigate and not many others out on this grey and drizzly London day
The section from Roding Valley (Central Line) to East Ham is glorious - albeit getting a little overgrown in parts
From East Ham to the finish it's a real industrial - some would argue brutal part of undiscovered London - including Sewage works
