A big and beautiful day out there! Had so much pent up mountain psych from so many years of pregnancy and breastfeeding, needed something like this to feel my strong self again. Linked up with my yosemite crusher friend, Sam, who is one of the very best partners for big mountains days. We both felt good all day, and any little dips in mood and strength were easily managed. Had the most epic Coke of my life at mile 40. This route is truly special and can be done much faster than us! Hopefully this inspires more people to get after this one. Have fun out there <3
