Set out from St. George's Sendall Tunnel and followed Richard Clewes clockwise circumnavigation route. Ran solo the whole way with a number of water fill-ups and Gatorade purchases at village general stores. Struck by Grenada's incredible scenery and the warmth of its people. Highly recommend for folks visiting the spice isle. 

Special hat tip to Richard for the sizable scouting report. He shared invaluable insights that helped me prep for the tough course. Immensely appreciated!

Hey Greg! Can you clarify for me your total time? Here on the FKT website it says 12h 56m 21s but on the verification link to your strava the total time is 11h 41m 47s.
