Brought Ida along on her first proper mountain adventure run. -"Never again!" 😄
Met a lot of runners in Ljungdalen fjällmarathon that took place the same day, cheers and smiles all around.
We managed to miss the rain but there was a really strong wind from the north as soon as we left the treeline towards Helags fjällstation. The wind got even stronger as we headed up Helags and up on the wind was gusting over 20 m/s with temps below zero.
Finished the day with pizza at Restaurang Ljungdalen.
