Started at dawn at San Pasqual Valley Trail Head under foggy skies. I was supported by my family, and they provided me water fill ups along the way at various locations. Would recommend changing the route near the artesian road area as there are no trespassing signs, however everyone I encountered was extremely friendly. Got lucky with fantastic, cool, weather. Met some local runners near raptor ridge who ended up pacing me into Sikes Adobe. My husband Henry paced me from mile 10 - 15, Local badass Olga paced me 18 to the finish. Took in a spring energy gel every 30 mins. Had a great run and day on the trail! A beautiful, dynamic run and I would recommend to anyone. Very runnable course start to finish. Epic journey across San Diego. Kudos to Kipley for the awesome, detailed report. Very helpful! High fives to all of the other runners who have completed this route.
