Started earlier at 6:45am to avoid the sun. Felt good on the initial (and the biggest) climb and moved well at the Peak. Kept the pace on Black's Link and bought 1x 500ml drink at Wong Ngai Chung Petrol Station at roughly the half way point. A mixture of jog/walk up the climb to Parkview and all out running. Lost a bit of time getting lost on the descend to Shek O Road but managed to make up the time and still go under 2 hour in the end. Happy with the effort!
