I started at Vernonia Lake at 8:04 am on 5/29/21. I ran along Hwy 47 to Knott St and took Knott St. to the official end of the Crown Zellerbach (CZ) trail. Stayed on the CZ all the way into Scappoose and ended at the official start of the CZ just past Chapman Landing at the Multnomah Channel. I carried all my fluid and nutrition with me and ran solo with no support. The run went really well and I finished faster than my goal time. The last 4 miles were pretty exposed and I was getting hot, I'm glad I started early.
