FKT: Jediah Porter - White Mountains Range Traverse (CA, NV) - 2014-09-16

This is a sweet run, but logistically complicated. I'm sure that the primary obstacle to further attempts is all the driving. We drove more hours than we did on foot. I started with Jeff Kozak, but at Montgomery Peak he realized he didn't want to sprint for the clock, so I raced ahead to beat Jon Crowley and Jimmy Elam's time of 11:39. Other than Jeff's company the first 4/5ths of the route, I would call it completely unsupported.
 

Note:  We list this as supported since Jediah had company for most of the way, which is considered pacing, which is a form of support.

Note:  Jediah skipped the true summit of UN13,484.  The usual protocol for ridge traverses is to summit all significant high points along the way.
