From my running log that day....From Pine Grove Furnace to Duncannon by myself. Was dropped off at the furnace lot...a cold spring day. I held up great...used 3 bags of tailwind, 6 gels, 2 packs of stingers, 1 peanut butter nutrition bar, about 10 s-caps, 1 banana, and water. I got water at the Boiling Springs natural spring, then at the spring at Scott Farm. I felt good the whole way, but got tougher at the end with the rocks on Cove Mtn. I started cramping in the legs going down into Duncannon, so I took 3 s-caps and then was fine. Overall, I talked to a few people on the trail but was a nice, quite day in the woods. Was picked up at the Duncannon watershed lot, then ate pizza.
