Report
Ran from Brantford to Hamilton. Was very slippery with mud in the first 15km from a recent rain, but a nice tailwind made up for it. Ran solo without any support. Carried 600mL of Maurten and a few gels. The attached gpx is just for the FKT from end of Beach Rd to Ewen Rd. Didn't have to stop for cars at road crossings, and very minimal trail traffic. Had a nice day.
