I was super glad to have the GPX track for this trail! There are lots of trails intersecting at the beginning and even with the tracks took a few minor wrong turns. I carried a little less than 2L of water and about 700 calories of GU and snacks. I had the trail mostly to myself for the first half and it got progressively more crowded as I got closer to DC. Absolutely beautiful route - a bit more pavement than expected but still beautiful.
