What a beautiful route with amazing scenery, I even saw a deer as I ran through the woods.
Run information
*I ran solo/ unsupported.
*I carried 1 litre of water and .5 litre of SOS Electrolyte
*The run was fuelled by 2 Mountain fuel sports jelly’s & 2 Nakd bars
*I ran the whole thing with a sprained foot (not ideal), which meant that the run was followed by 4 hours in A&E and 2 weeks enforced rest.
