I started at the chapel / gym around 2 pm. 11:00 and ran towards Eksjö. My plan was to keep a pace of about 4: 30-5: 00 min / km. The trail is a bit technical, but overall flat and fast, which makes it easier to keep up. My trip was unsupported, and I had all the supplies and water in my backpack. The planning around tempo and fluid kept going, and I only stopped a couple of times when the slopes were steep or the trail technically (or to take a photo). The trail is popular for hiking and mountain biking, and so people often meet here. Mainly in areas around farmhouses or where the trail connects to other roads. Otherwise you are in the woods or through pastures and meadows. My favorite place is the Borgmästarängen, about 15 km east of Lövhult. From there you run on narrow paths and gravel roads all the way into Eksjö society. There is about 2-3 km of asphalt left for the destination in the old town.
The trail is slightly worse marked when you enter Eksjö society, mainly around Ränneslätt and into the center it can be difficult to find the markings. On the trail however it is usually easy to find the way.
