I completed the "Sentier nature Grand Lausanne" on a Monday, beginning at a convenient point which is not the Ouchy starting point from the official route. I had good luck regarding red lights, and completed the route in bit less than two hours. I believe to be the first to do so while recording it and publicizing it. I undertook the route in a clockwise rotation, going downwards during the "sentier du renards" and upwards in the "Vallée de la jeunesse - Valency" section.
I ran alone, and had planned to eat a few dates while running. I stopped for water at a public tap near the "fontaine olympique" at the level of the Olympic museum, at km 13, which can be seen in the gpx gile.
Noticabely, there was a deviation in the route due to tempest damage to a bridge in "bois mermet". I added a screenshot from the SwissMobile app, which provides for the appropriate deviation to follow. This deviation was also signalized at the aforementioned location. I followed this detour, which added a few hundred meters to the route.
I encourage local and visiting runners to set a better time than mine, while taking caution at crossings and looking out for pedestrians, especially in touristic sections.
