FKT: John Newman - Gibraltar-Washpool World Heritage Walk (NSW, Australia) - 2020-10-19

Ran the standard loop. Very pretty and runnable. I added a few side trails - highly recommend The Needles lookout and Dandahra Crags - though you don’t need to add any side trips to nab the FKT. You could camp at Mulligans Hut Campground and start the loop there, checking out The Needles before or after.

3L of water was pushing it a little in September and the river didn’t look clean enough to drink from - would carry 4L next time.

You can shatter this time. I intended to go for speed, but got distracted by all the gorgeous lookout trails off to the side.
