First time pursuing a longer FKT! The main goal was to just give my best effort!
Very different from racing in that you have to have laser focus to keep the intensity up! Excited to keep practicing this.
Started conservatively and slowly ramped up the intensity!
Happy with this effort! Stoked to give this another go in the future as I learn to pace and fuel better!
Who's next? FKTs are never safe in Boulder!
