FKT: Joshua Nunn - Little Blue Trace Trail (MO) - 2023-12-29

I started at the R.D. Mize trailhead a little after noon and started by running north. I ran from approximately the 8.6 mile marker on the trail all the way to marker 0 at the end of the trail at Blue Mills road. The mile markers are not super accurate but they are a decent reference. I then ran south all the way to the very end of the trail at the 15.4 mile marker past Lee's Summit road. I believe in the last FKT this section of the trail had not been constructed yet. I then ran north back to the R.D. Mize trailhead making the total distance 31.6 miles. I suppose someone could have a little bit shorter distance if they ran better tangents. I also ran about an extra 0.1 miles to go use the bathroom. I had set out gatorade bottles in a few different locations along the route which I was able to drink both directions. I had my Dad, Uncle, and a friend run/bike alongside me but they did not hand me anything to use during the run.
