After instantly losing the last FKT time set on this route, I had to go back as I knew that sub 5 hour was achievable. Weather was inconsistent and much of the paths were bog- especially middle section of the final canal.
Water and kit bag was carried, however needed a little more water for the final bit and as no opportunity to collect this, I did struggle for the last two miles.
All done though and a great route- however I may give this one a rest for a while!
