Report
We set off early before light from Wells with a clear sky and a chilly start with Alex Meadows who ran with us until Shepton Mallet. We continued on following the GPX based on the OS map into Frome finishing at the fountain/market cross on market day. We carried all our own food and drink. Conditions were good with some water on the course but good footing all the way. Some trees were down in the wooded sections only requiring minor adjustments.
Signage into Frome from the trail is poor and os maps also ambiguous so followed the official blue Mendip Way signs.
