Third time doing the loop. Tried to take the first hilly bit easy, so my legs would be fresh enough to move fast on the remaining flatter parts of the loop. Went well, no bonks. Ate 1.5 Reese's fastbreaks that I carried for nutrition and took a sip of water from the water fountain on the Kolb farm section of the loop.
All around fun time, hope some strong Atlanta trail runners come shatter my time, so I can try it again :)
