Ran as part of the out and back FKT.
Started with 7km or so of forest roads then mostly technical rainforest singletrack. Very slow and overgrown in places, slippery, heaps of debris down. Constantly climbing over stuff but still a cool track. Got cut up a lot. Had 500ml Trail Brew and 1 gel
